- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Didn't even want to give it 1 star but I had 2 pick it in order to leave review. This bank is EXTREMELY slow. The drive thru is slow as well as the lobby. Always seem like they are under staffed especially during peak hours. HATE IT. I have business accounts but I ready to just close them.By Shanika Clark, February 09, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This branch does not even deserve one star. As a small business owner and account holder with this bank for over five years, I am very aggravated by how i have been treated today in this branch. I have never had any issues with cashing a large amount at any branch , not even this one until today when i was told, with attitude, that I was to call ahead of time to make sure they have that much?????? You are a BANK are you not?? That is why so many people come to you with checks to cash. I was treated with snotty attitude from both the teller and the manager. The teller should really learn how to talk to people if she has to deal with the public. I will never return to this branch. It is the absolute worst.
